Serafini Law LLC, established by Daniel Joseph Serafini in 2021, is a distinguished law firm serving individuals and businesses in matters of Intellectual Property, Immigration, Debt Collection & Disputes, Bankruptcy, VA Disability Compensation, Real Estate Transactions, Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning, as well as Firearms Licensing and Compliance.

Daniel Serafini, a Northern New Jersey native, holds a Finance degree with a Business Law minor from the University of Miami. His legal education was completed at New England Law, Boston, where he notably led his team to the National Finals in the Client Counseling Competition. His commitment to service was recognized with a Public Service Honor, following internships at the Massachusetts Volunteer Lawyers Project and a Real Estate law firm.

During law school, Daniel interned at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, contributing to significant cases involving Consumer Protection and Mass Torts. His exemplary work earned him the privilege to practice as a Senior Student Attorney. He continued to advocate for consumer rights at Greater Boston Legal Services, representing clients in various Federal district courts.

Daniel’s dedication to pro bono work was honored by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court upon his graduation in 2020. Today, Serafini Law LLC embodies his passion for justice and commitment to client advocacy.
